You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. My 3 year old(baby bop) is very independent but curious.
My 6 year old(nemo) has temper but likes to be heard or seen..
And ofcourse my 11 year old (nae nae) shes very independent but also daydreams alot..but hellla smart..
Im currently still homeschooling my kids, due to the pandemic.
We are creative family, we do play family games, workouts, cook and try our best with family adventures..
I hope i can find someone just to help us throughout the week...i dont have any support system that can help without my kids being a burden on them...or costing me a liver nd heart...so hopefully im trying out this..to see how it works...
