We have a 2-year-old little girl (our only child at the moment), and we are looking for help while mom is at school. Dad works from home, and is available most times. Starting and ending time can be flexible because of this, but she's at the stage where it is very difficult to get work done while trying to work. Mom has extensive experience working in childcare, as well as experience working with special needs children, and have been raising my daughter to show that. Limited TV time, an episode around the time she wakes up, but having the TV on for music is fine with us, as well as outdoor exploration. We need someone who is comfortable as with dogs as we have 2, one of which can be a bit anxious (15 lbs. Jack Russell Terrier) who does take some time to warm up to new people. 2 children house. 1 will be a year and one will be 8 weeks by the time we are ready. We have dogs but are super friendly. We are looking for someone to stay with the family. Someone our boys can grow up knowing and be comfortable with. Food and drink in the house is for everyone including you. The one child is very laid back. The other is yet to be born. This will not be an immediate position but we want to get ahead of the ball.
