A little bit about us

We’re looking for someone to watch our two littles (5 year old girl and 2yr old boy) while we have business meetings to attend to. Most meetings are at night and sometimes on weekends. Every week is different so we’d need someone that is flexible with their hours and ok with the occasional cancellation. We need someone that is responsible and reliable. These are business meetings not date nights so having someone dependable on their end is key. We need someone who is great with putting the kids to bed and is good with Late nights (11:15pm). I expect clear communication before the job, updates during the job and a tidy home to return to (toys picked up, dishes cleaned up etc.).

I’m looking for a caregiver who is engaging with children and will play with them and not just stick them in front of a their phone for the night (not a fan of that at all!!) My favorite sitters have done crafts, dance parties, and played with the kids in the toy room and then tidied up the house/toys for us to return home to.

I also need someone who will follow my instructions for naps and bedtime and who will be firm with my daughter - she’s a very sweet but strong willed kiddo!

I am looking for someone comfortable working closely with me to jump in where I would like assistance. This could include playing with and caring for some or all of my children, meal preparation, light house cleaning such as dishes, vacuuming, picking up toys, etc. We may go on outings together, and you may go with the kids alone.

My ideal canidate would have a natural love for children, a patient and calm nature, and be fun/energetic with my kids. They would be comfortable with jumping in where needed and adapting to situational needs. We are currently looking for someone available M-F from 2:30pm to 6:30pm and/or available on weekends.
