Eight hours, day after day is much more taxing for those who have not endured such before, babysitting is a few hours occasionally - PATIENCE REQUIRED.

The summer hours include 40 hours per week and can be flexible, during the school year, children need picked up at least 4 days of the week and helped until 6-8pm - during the school year more hours are available doing household cleaning/chores.
