I’m looking for an experienced nanny who specializes in early childhood development. My child has some developmental delays, so I need someone patient, engaged, and knowledgeable about supporting learning, communication, and milestone growth. Responsibilities include educational activities, structured play, daily care, and creating a positive, nurturing environment. Experience with child development, early intervention, or working with children who have delays is a strong plus.
