Full-Time Nanny Job: The Thornburg Family with 1 Child
We have an opening for another family to join our wonderful nanny share! We’re hoping to connect with a family with 1–2 children who are looking for full-time, in-home, affordable childcare, beginning this Fall.
Before joining this group, we honestly had no idea what a “nanny share” was — and it has been such a gift to our family. We’ve been part of this share for nearly six years and absolutely adore our nanny, as well as the other families we’ve had the opportunity to share this experience with. It has been such a special community for our kids and for us.
We’d love to find another family in Edison Park, Norwood Park, Jefferson Park, Union Ridge, or the surrounding areas who is looking to join our community!
A few details about how the arrangement works:
-Full-time care is provided for both families
-The children spend a few days in our home and a few days in the other home
-Our nanny travels between both homes
-The setup provides the benefits of in-home care while making it more affordable through the share

Looking for a nanny who drives and is available 2:45 PM-6:30 to pick our kids up from school and take them to their practices. Must have an excellent driving record and a car.

I'm looking for someone who can pick up my two children from school 2-3 days a week, bring them home, and care for them for about an hour and a half. Responsibilities include driving them in your own car (gas reimbursement provided), watching them, and playing with them at our home. I will provide all necessary car seats and booster seats. One child will need to be picked up from school at 3:45 pm, followed by picking up the second child from daycare. Care is needed until 5:30 to 6p.m.

Hello, we are looking for a nanny in Chicago for 2 girls aged 6 and 9. Most of all, we're looking for someone loving who loves spending time with kids!
The girls go to Lab school and we live in Lincoln Park, so driving is needed. We are looking for somebody who can help with some house management before pick up (errands, returns, organizing things, walking the dog, ...) and then pick the girls up from school, drive them to activities, help them with homework and have fun with them! We are happy either with 25hours[phone number hidden]) or with 40 hours [phone number hidden]). The important thing is that the nanny is flexible and willing to be with the girls whole day (8:30am-6:30pm) in the no school days and when they are home sick. We are also happy to add a regular weekly date night, but it is not necessary.
