He's very sweet and compassionate, loves to smile and laugh, loves animals, the park, plays soccer every sunday and is generally just a joy to be around. We have worked to make sure he understand boundaries and are teaching him empathy. We need help Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm in looking after him while I work from home. He naps from 11:30am and usually goes for around 2hours. It would be ideal to take him on walks, to the park if you have a car, to the library which is three blocks away, and give him some activities like arts and crafts or reading.

Looking for a nanny M-F starting January 2023 with our daughter, Ayla, who will be 5 months by then. Position will be for approximately 30 hours a week, likely mornings and early afternoons though we may be able to be flexible on exact hours/days.
We plan to offer tax coverage through a professional payroll company along with PTO and sick days. Can also discuss healthcare and/or 401(k) coverage as part of a compensation package. Contract will be a minimum of 6 months up to 1 year with possibility to extend.
Childcare will be primarily in our home, and not include laundry, cleaning, petcare, etc. We have several memberships to local destinations such as botanical gardens, zoos, etc.
Ideally we are looking for a candidate studying or with professional experience in early childhood development. CPR certification and up to a date vaccinations including flu/COVID booster required.
We are an easy going, positive family with a gentle attachment parenting style. We like to focus on quality time and in-person interactions over screens. We enjoy hiking, playing music, crafting, reading, cooking, gardening, and exploring with our daughter.

I’m a single father, managing a busy work schedule and kids schedule. My work schedule is flexible and can do telehealth, but need to be in the field 2-3 times a week. So would need a person to pick up my 6 year old from school between 2-215 pm, have him eat after school. I have my 13 year old that comes home around 3:45 pm, but he is self sufficient, so you don’t have to worry about him. I Would like the nanny:babysitter to keep him company and make dinner.
