Part-Time Nanny Job: The Kotobi Family with 1 Child

We have a 6 week old baby who we are trying to train to sleep in his bassinet (has reflux) and my husband and I both work from home and are struggling managing work while holding him at the same time (in addition to just keeping the house functioning).
