We are seeking a caring, reliable, and experienced nanny to provide attentive and nurturing care for our 4 month old.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide part-time care for a 4-month-old infant with a cleft lip and palate
* Comfortable with feeding, hygiene, and post op care related to his needs
* Follow and maintain feeding schedules (formula)
* Safely prepare, warm, and clean bottles
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Support healthy sleep routines (naps and soothing techniques)
* Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing)
* Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
* Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play area)
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents

Qualifications:
* Previous experience caring for infants (especially under 1 year)
* Knowledge of infant care, safety, and development
* Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Strong references

I’m looking for someone who can help me with pick ups and drops offs, stay here so my husband and I can go to our older kids activities without disrupting our littles. I’d also love help keeping the kid areas picked up and organized. We have one dog- he is a service dog for our daughter! Super easy. We would love to offer our nanny travel opportunities to go new places with our family. I anticipate needing about 20-25 hours of care each week. Mostly afternoons and evenings. Monday and Friday I might have you start earlier depending on our schedule. We would not need weekends except some date nights. We are a very loving, happy family and would love just an extra set of hands. I stay home and will remain very present and involved!
