Days of help can have some flexibility, but I'd prefer it to be relatively routine. It would be something like Tues and Thurs mornings from 6:40-7:30AM keeping her on track for school. Then Mon and Weds afternoon from 2:40-6PM, which would involve picking her up from school, hanging out with her, some basic meal prep, and dropping her off at gymnastics. Then Thurs, I'd need some help from 2:40-4:30 PM until I'm back from work.
She's very energetic and has a big heart and personality, and a good sense of humor. She's pretty self sufficient. I'll mostly need someone to hangout with her and get her to and from activities.

Our middle son has sensory processing disorder and is a hyper hectic boy so need someone who is willing to play and keep him entertained. Our youngest child, she is just a ball of fun. She's your average 2 year old running around and yelling at her brothers.
