Part-Time Nanny Job: The Amiri Family with 1 Child
Hello! I am currently looking for a warm, bubbly, and loving childcare professional to help care for our one year old during the week while I work from our home in Chicago, IL. The position would be M-Th from 9 AM - 4 PM, with potential for more hours if the fit is right. Responsibilities would include keeping our child safe and entertained with age-appropriate activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes, cleaning up after baby (nursery, bottles, dishes, laundry, etc.). Must be comfortable with animals as we have three large, very friendly dogs. Ideally our person would help with short potty breaks for the pups towards the end of their shift as well. Expectations would be professionalism, transparency, up to date on vaccinations, CPR certified, clean background report, experience with infants/toddlers, English as a first language, and we would also want this person to stick around long-term. We hope to find someone who truly loves children and eventually become an extension of our family. Looking forward to connecting!

My work days are very long I usually have to leave the house by 8:30 a.m. and I return home by 7:30 p.m. I am new to the area so I am currently looking for day care services also but there may be weekends that I have to work and I will need childcare services. I would prefer that the caretaker has a car with a valid license because the winters in Chicago are NEVER fun. Caleb is a very curious and busy 5 year old. He is very intelligent and adventurous, he loves to sing, he loves Strawberries, he Loves the Transformers...he's such a little man! Caleb does have a speech delay, he doesn't necessarily respond on cue and he still speaks in gibberish sometimes. He speaks very clearly when he wants something. Once you spend time with Caleb you will discover everything that makes him unique.
