A little bit about us

SAHM just started online graduate school (MSN), so I need in-home care for both my little ones a couple of times a week to complete some school work. My girls are 19 months and 5 months old. Sleep training my youngest. Experience with sleep training, sign language and prepping/warming breastmilk is a plus. Must be CPR certified. Nonsmoking, pet-free home. Expectations include diaper changes, bottle feedings, playing/engaging with my toddler and possible nap time for either (strict no screen time). I'll be home while care is being given so you can ask questions, etc, as we get to know each other. I need care most Tuesdays -Thursdays, flexible on the hours, but prefer mid-mornings for 3-4 hours. My husband and I are also in the Air National Guard so we would need care one weekend (Sat and Sun) a month from 6:30a-4:30p. Looking for someone long term that can grow with our family that we can learn to trust and welcome into our home. Health and cleanliness is something we highly value in our home, so it would be expected of you to take your shoes off, wash your hands, and wipe your phone down with cleaning wipes before beginning care. Nails should be cut and groomed as to not introduce bacteria to our little ones.

I work a standard 8-5 M-F and my wife's schedule varies to a degree based on patient load (she is a home health physical therapist) but her average day is 8-4.
