We are a small family with two little ones. Our kids are very friendly and accommodating. We are looking for a nanny who serve as a mother’s helper. We want someone who will be able to care for the kids after school, help with school work, preparing their meals, cleaning up after the kids and also help out occasionally during the weekend.

We would be looking for help from 10-2:30 Monday through Thursday with her with the potential of babysitting opportunities some evenings and weekends (no obligation, only if you are free and want some extra hours!).

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Mispagel Family with 2 Children
Two busy executives with active children ages 7 and 15 seeking a personal assistant/nanny role to take care of day-to-day activities so we can have more quality time as a family. We are a Catholic family and the ideal candidate would need to be strong in their faith, in addition to being responsible, caring, patient, creative and fun. Must have a reliable car and be comfortable with dogs. If offered the position, must clear a background, criminal record and driving check.
Preferred schedule:
- August through May – part time of 15-20 hours per week (can we somewhat flexible on days/times but prefer Monday-Friday schedule)
- June through July – full time of 35-40 hours per week (typically 8:30am-6pm Monday-Friday)
Duties would typically include (but could vary based on need):
Personal Assisting:
- Run errands
- Pick kids up from school
- Do grocery run (or grocery pickup if you order online)
- Take kids to and from appointments and/or activities
- Help manage schedule/calendar (making appointments, ensuring all commitments are on the calendar, etc)
- Coordinating play dates, activities and social gatherings
- Ensuring kids have what they need for activities
- Steaming costumes
- Buying gifts
- Walk dog
Light Housekeeping duties:
- Load or unload the dishwasher
- Clean kitchen counters
- Prepare snacks
- Pack school lunches
- Prep dinner
- Carry out tidy routines
- Organize toys and play areas
- Gathering laundry from rooms
- Do kids laundry
- Fold clothes
- Put away clothes
- Change bedding on kids’ beds
- De-cluttering/organizing
