Key Responsibilities
* Provide part-time care for a 4-month-old infant with a cleft lip and palate
* Comfortable with feeding, hygiene, and post op care related to his needs
* Follow and maintain feeding schedules (formula)
* Safely prepare, warm, and clean bottles
* Change diapers and maintain proper hygiene
* Support healthy sleep routines (naps and soothing techniques)
* Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, singing)
* Monitor developmental milestones and communicate updates to parents
* Ensure a safe and clean environment at all times
* Light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, bottle washing, tidying play area)
* Maintain open and consistent communication with parents
Qualifications:
* Previous experience caring for infants (especially under 1 year)
* Knowledge of infant care, safety, and development
* Infant CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
* Non-smoker
* Reliable transportation
* Strong references

It’s been tough finding an affordable daycare or babysitter. My girls are great, aubree is my 4yr old and she’s very sweet, well behaved, potty trained, also loves to help out with household chores and also caring for her baby sister, Kaydence who is 10months old. She is one happy baby, always smiling, she has distinctive expressions for her needs so it’s very easy to identify what she is wanting.
