Clear and consistent communication is important to me. We do use a nanny camera. My child has no medical issues, but CPR/First Aid certification are required. References appreciated. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus; Mandarin is a big plus, but not required.

Weekdays, we just had a newborn! Need help around the house and a little bit of looking after the baby, but a hands on loving easygoing Mom, so we are a low-impact household.
