A little bit about us
I’m a working mom looking for a warm, mature, reliable person to become a consistent part of our household and help care for my 11-year-old daughter.
I work a 7-days-on / 7-days-off schedule, so I’m looking for someone who can ideally provide consistent help during my work weeks, including weekdays and weekends.
During school days, I primarily need help with morning school drop-off and after-school pickup/care. On weekends during my work week, I need longer daytime coverage. My schedule is still being finalized, so some flexibility would be very helpful.
My daughter is independent and active, so this is more than traditional babysitting. I would love to find someone who can help make our household and days run more smoothly — helping her stay on top of homework and routines, preparing simple meals/snacks, doing light laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, tidying and organizing, and helping with transportation to activities.
I’m especially looking for someone who is:
• Mature, dependable, warm, and patient
• Comfortable setting kind but consistent boundaries
• Organized and willing to help keep the household running smoothly
• A safe, reliable driver with dependable transportation
• Comfortable committing to a consistent, long-term arrangement
• Available for some weekend hours during my work weeks
This could be a great fit for a retired person, empty nester, experienced nanny, or someone looking for a consistent family-assistant position.
Approximately 60 hours during my 7-day work week, followed by a week when I am off and need much less help. Pay around $20/hour, depending on experience and the arrangement.
I’m hoping to find someone we can genuinely trust and build a comfortable, long-term relationship with. Please message me with your experience, availability, and a little about yourself if interested.

- What time is school pickup, and which days do you need care?
- Will I drive, and is a car seat or vehicle provided?
