A little bit about us
Our wonderful nanny just put in her 3 week notice to pursue full-time work with her dream job.
We are now seeking exceptional care for our six month old daughter.
We are looking for someone to engage in thoughtful play and outdoor time while we work from home. There is plenty of room to spread out - our daughter has her own floor of the house!
We like Montessori, Respectful Parenting, and Positive Parenting and would expect the nanny to familiarize themselves and practice those principles.
We currently need coverage Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30-3:30, but are flexible for coverage Tuesday-Thursday.
There is also high possibility that I will be returning to full-time work by February or March of 2022. There is room to grow / take on more hours, but no pressure to do so.
In addition to childcare we would ask this person to take care of light housekeeping while baby naps such as dishes, baby laundry, sweeping/swiffering, and wiping down surfaces :)
Thanks for considering us!
