A little bit about us

Have one on the way due in February. I also have a little girl that’s 6 months old and a step daughter that’s 11. The 11 year old is very independent just needs a little watch over but for the most part she’s very helpful! My main focus is on the two little ones, I need help taking care of them and doing activities. So I can also have some time ways from the house to grocery shop or do personal cares. Some light cleaning up after kids messes, but for their meals I will have those prepared. (If you’re a good cook looking for someone to make a meal for the family one or two nights to give me a break) I’m looking at a schedule of Monday through Friday 9-3. Also two weeks off for Christmas and I believe a week off for Easter and two weeks off for summer because we fly back to Wisconsin to visit family. The 11 year old won’t always be home unless it’s summer. We’re very easy going people we love to explore so we have family passes to Busch gardens, Disneyworld, and more! Just looking for a little assistance

A little bit about us

Hi! We have a 9 month old who is the best little girl! We are looking for someone that can help babysit her while mom and dad go to work. We are new to the area and getting settled in. Mom works a full time retail job, dad is working part time. Need someone who is flexible to help. We own a Frenchie, so being good with pets is a must :) Our baby girl is really easy to take care of, just making sure you can prepare formula for her and feed her during necessary times. Putting her down for naps. The days and times needed are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8am-5pm

A little bit about us

I want a nanny with infant care experience to come maybe 16 hours a week so I can run errands/go to the gym. I would like someone flexible with schedule and can work weekends (date nights) as needed. I need someone who also is okay with big dogs being in the house. I have one 3 month old baby girl who is sweet as can be. The schedule will likely be 2-4 hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Someone who can be flexible with us is key. We want a long term fit. Thank you!

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Apollo Beach, FL

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Apollo Beach, FL

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Apollo Beach, FL? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
