A little bit about us

Hi! We are looking for a full-time Nanny that is passionate about children! We have 2 amazing little girls under the age of 2 that are a delight to be around. Our oldest will be starting school in September 3 days a week. This position would primarily be for our younger daughter who is 6 months and both children on Thursdays and Fridays. However, there will always be another caregiver in the house those days to assist with 2. Please only contact us if you are passionate about this job. We consider our Nanny a part of our family and taking this position means more to us than just a job. Thank you and we can't wait to meet you!

A little bit about us

Hello! My name is Leigh Anne and I am looking for an experienced nanny to care for my son (2.5 years) and daughter (10 months) in our home when I return to work in early July (Location: Wall Township). Our nanny will need to be comfortable with working Monday - Thursday during the months of July and August and with following the work days of a school calendar from September through June (calendar will be provided and days NOT worked are unpaid). The hours are approximately 8-4:30 PM with possibly one day a week until 5 PM (hours may be slightly different during July & August).

*There will be a small amount of housework that revolves around the kids (laundry, cooking etc.).

*Must have own transportation

My husband and I look forward to finding that perfect person that will love and care for our children and become a part of our family.

Please message me for additional details and if interested. I look forward to hearing from you.

-Leigh Anne

A little bit about us

Hi my name is Chris, my wife's name is Sara and our sons name is Finn. We are a happy new family that is exploring the world of Nannying. We live in a little 1000sqft 2 bedroom house with our son and two dogs. This is all very new to us so it feels a bit weird to lay down job responsibilities. My wife bounces in between working from home and at our office in wall. We are looking for someone who can keep the young chap excited, fed and cleaned while we are busy. If you like to tidy things up between naps thats a total plus. We are very clean people so don't think you're coming into a bomb shell.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Wall Township, NJ

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Wall Township, NJ

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Wall Township, NJ? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
