A little bit about us

Hello! We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child (3 months old) in Dauphin. My husband works from home, and so do I part time (3 days per week), so someone will always be home. However, we will need help feeding, changing and playing with the baby when working. We do have an adorable, affectionate dog, but you wouldn't be expected to feed or walk her. We would prefer a CPR certified nanny who is fully vaccinated and is a non smoker. Looking for 3-4 days per week, 7 hours per day, all major holidays and weekends off. Hoping to find a fun loving nanny who can teach us some parenting tips for our little one! Thanks!

A little bit about us

Hi! I am having a baby girl in June! I work from home, but I am looking for someone to be here to help take care of her during my working hours. There may be some days that I have to go into the office. The hours would be 7a-4p about 3 days a week. I do not know yet what those days will be.

A little bit about us

We are looking for a nurturing, kind and uplifting nanny to care for our 5-month-old daughter in Dauphin, PA. We would love a nanny that's intentional about making our baby feel loved, safe and listened to. We also hope our nanny would be passionate about play and creating memorable moments for our baby as she develops.

While our daughters' needs come first, we would love someone who is willing to help with laundry, comfortable with our very involved but very sweet pup, and willing to drive our baby to activities eventually, like the park and library.

We realize a nanny can be an extension of the family, and hope to find someone that matches our kind and gentle style seeking a long-term position.

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Dauphin, PA

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Dauphin, PA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
