A little bit about us

My Kids Names Are Matthew And Kai’ser I will just be seeking child care for them on Friday and Saturday nights while I work I work at Burger King as a manager I would be going in working Friday from 5pm to 1:30am getting home a little before 2am and the same time for Saturday !! Just looking for someone who genuinely will care for my sons they are so sweet and easy to care for they just require lots of hands on attention seeing as they are both pretty young still and my 1 year old is having issues with speaking so he doesn’t use his words to communicate he kinda whines and pulls you or brings you what he wants Matthew goes to bed no later than 10 which we can discuss more personally so I can introduce you to his routines and Kai which is my 1 month old he usually is sleep on and off normal newborn stuff he would just wake up for a bottle or to be changed he likes to be swaddled once you lay Matthew down shortly after if you swaddle him in his blanket he should sleep for you and wake up only a few times until I make it home !! I wouldn’t need any picking up or dropping off watching them at our house would be perfectly fine for me way easier since I get off at 1 am this way they don’t have to do any transporting at that time !

A little bit about us

Hi!! I’m Christine, and my husband is Jayson. We are looking for a part time in-home nanny to watch our 9 month old son, Cooper, three days a week. The days vary but are typically only weekdays and any time between 7 am and 4:30 pm. We are not looking for extra house-work, just simply someone to watch our baby, and make sure he is fed, clean, happy and occupied.

How to Find an Infant Care Job in Easton, PA

If you’re looking for an infant nanny job, you’ve come to the right place! We can help you find an infant care job in your area. Start by telling families about yourself in your profile, and then chat with families to find the right fit. When you think you’ve found the right match, you can turn the discussion towards compensation and responsibilities.

What is an Infant Nanny in Easton, PA

An infant nanny is a nanny that specializes in caring for newborns. They are skilled in diapering and providing care for any rashes, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and burping. Some infant nannies further specialize in care for premature newborns or multiples.

Preparing for a Nanny Interview for an Infant Care Position

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is an infant nanny job interview. Here is a list of some infant nanny interview questions to prepare for:

  • What is your specific experience with this age group?
  • Are you Infant CPR/First Aid certified in Easton, PA? Are you willing to be trained?
  • How do you handle a crying baby?
  • How often do you usually offer parents updates during the day?
  • What do you feed an infant? At 0-3 months? 3-6 months? 6-9 months? 9-12 months?
  • How do you set up the infant’s crib for a nap?
  • What kind of activities will you plan to engage my baby?

You should be prepared with your references for past nanny jobs, and ideally, past infant jobs. Prior to the infant nanny interview, be sure to think about questions that you might have for the family. This is a great time to ask questions about the responsibilities and compensation for the infant nanny position. To make sure everyone has a shared understanding of the role and responsibilities, we recommend asking for a job offer or a nanny contract. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
