I truly enjoy working with children and have found that the most rewarding things are to see a child learn and grow. Just to tell you a bit about myself briefly; I am an experienced nanny and mother. I have cared for children ranging from NB - 10 years over a spanned 0f 3years. I hold a current TB, CPR/FIRST aid, and valid drivers license with a crisp record. I am Mother of 1 daughter. Being both a nanny and mother, I've gained an abundance of knowledge and experience. I have had both the privilege and honor to stay at home with our daughter, but have recently decided to return to work. I believe both my experience and maternal attributes are a positive asset to the care of your child. Well, for starters, I've been babysitting since I was around 8 years old. From baby cousins to nieces and nephews to being head of the church nursery, my experience with children is extensive. Although, this is my first time working with a legitimate nanny or babysitting agency, I have cared for two 5 year old twins with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder for almost 2 whole years while their mother (my cousin Carol) underwent the struggles of breast cancer. (She beat it, by the way!) This involved typical nanny duties like picking them up and taking them to Pre-K, karate lessons, ballet, and tee-ball on the weekends, etc. I also helped Carol maintain her household by doing laundry, occasionally cooking lunches for the kids and tending to Tyler and Taylor's needs. I would love to add to my experience through caring for the children of a busy family! I love children and I love being around their pure spirits. I also have a very free schedule while I save money for school so my entire schedule would be devoted to the family I get the opportunity work with.

I have babysit a lot and I love it so much. I have had to cook, clean, and help the children with their homework and I admit It was a challenged. I was able to place all of the kids needs first like bathing, brushing teeth, homework, eating, and being in bed on time. some kids was harder to get in bed and refuse to sleep but I ensured them if they go to sleep the next time I see them we would play any game they wanted if all homework was finished. I have played dress up, fairy's, cars, tag, hide n seek, crafts, and many more. I cook meeting the specific foods the family told me that their child eats, wash clothes, clean restroom, make beds, and ensuring all dishes are clean. I followed all rules and regulations the parents gave to me.

When I have taken care of kids around where I live, we usually play games, and I teach them to do fun stuff, I am really active, and even though I'm much older I love to play around in playgrounds with them so they feel identified with me. Usually I make them do stuff that will engage them in intelligent and interesting stuff, so they can have fun and learn.
