Looking for a nanny who would be caring for our son who was born mid April. We have two dogs who can be let out in our fenced in yard throughout the day but main focus is the care of the baby. We live in a great walking neighborhood, with trails and schools close by. I work 5mins away and can be close to home. My husband works from home most days and can be of assistance if needed also. We would be looking for care starting [phone number hidden]. Please let me know if you're interested.
Thank you!

What Are Short-Term Nanny Jobs?

Types of Short-Term Nanny Jobs and Responsibilities
Short-term jobs can be full-time or part-time and last from a few weeks to several months. Responsibilities are the same as in an ongoing job, with an emphasis on getting up to speed quickly. Check the dates, the hours, and whether there is a chance of the role being extended.
How to Interview for Short-Term Nanny Jobs
Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:
- What are the start and end dates, and could the job be extended?
- Is the schedule full-time or part-time?
- What is the reason for the temporary role?
- How will I be paid, and is there a written agreement?
- What routines and house rules should I know on day one?

The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
