The majority of my experience is with infants, ages 12 wks to 12 mos. 10 years of this experience was working for an upscale 5-star child care facility. Job responsibilities included managing a classroom of 7 infants, keeping daily records for each child, ensuring that all requirements were met on a daily basis, writing lesson plans & developing age-appropriate activities based on individual development.
