A little bit about us
I’m currently in search childcare for our three children (ages 1, 3.5, 6.5). Looking for one to two days on the weekend. I have some flexibility with days and times. An average of 10-15 hours a week. Reoccurring position.
I’m looking for someone to come all day Saturday. Or possible 6 hours Saturday then 6 hours Sunday.
Responsibilities for the children’s needs include: supervising the three children, meal time (preparing, serving, clean up), potty breaks/diapering for the 1 and 3.5 year old, outdoor play time (fenced in yard), nap time (1 year old), crafting or educational activities, folding laundry, making children’s beds, cleaning up after the children (before moving on to the next activity), helping the children tidy their spaces.
I’m in search of someone who has A LOT of ENERGY, who is engaging, and who will enjoy their time with our kids. Of course we are looking for someone who is safe, honest, trustworthy. Must be smoke/vape free and absolutely no drugs whatsoever.
We are a traditional Christian family, so someone who is supportive and comfortable with our faith is very important to us.
Outside time is a must for our family and as long as weather permits being outdoors with the kids is important to us. Screen time is very limited, screen time is only for when the 1 year old is being put down to nap.
I’m looking for someone that when my kids hear they are coming they light up with excitement, because they know they are going to have a wonderful time!
If you think that person could be you, please let me know! If you have any questions, I’m happy to answer. Thank you for your time and consideration!
Peace and Blessings,
Megan

A little bit about us
Our youngest announces she doesn’t want to grow up. She loves imaginative games, My little Ponies, Barbie’s, any small figures she can create worlds with. She explores nature. Is fearless of many things, including bugs and animals. She has a compassion for all living things, including spiders and ants. She loves to draw, a hug can normally fix almost anything, and she can move through hard things pretty quickly. She loves her family and sister, and dog “Willis”.
Our oldest is determined. When she decides to do something she works at it. She likes the outdoors and getting dirty. There normally needs to be a disclaimer to not get wet or muddy(if it matters). She loves water. She has been in year round swim and just feels better after being in the pool. She plays softball and thrives of the the team spirit. She has a tender heart. She loves to read, still plays with her sister, has fish (they all have names), and her friends are one of her top priorities. She is also likes makeup, nails, and hair things. She is definitely figuring out who she wants to be.
COVID and public school have been challenging for our girls, they have had to navigate a lot of social challenges and bullying. They have also had to learn about negative teachers. We really want another adult in their life to positively support them and be a safe space/person. We may homeschool next year and would possibly need more hours for the right person.
