"Ellie started with us when our son was 5 months old and she stayed on for a year. We picked her for her experience and ability to quickly make our son comfortable on the first meet and greet. As first time parents, Ellie was a blessing. She stepped up when we needed anything, be that rocking my son for hours when he was sick and wouldn't nap or cleaning our kitchen when she saw we were struggling to keep up.
