The most important part about being a nanny is to make sure the kids are happy and well taken care of. To me this means not exactly always giving them exactly what they want but to deescalate the situation as well as teaching them to compromise.

I was mentored under a child psychologist at an elementary school during my senior year. I mainly worked with children with ADHD and Autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I absolutely love doing hair. My favorite memory was when after I finished doing one of my girls hair she said “Thank you for making me pretty”. When I told her she’s always been pretty her eyes lit up and she gave me a big hug. It was so wholesome.
