I would Like light housekeeping while caring for the kids, when I say Light I just mean pick up after the kid’s and yourself if dishes are in the sink rinse them out then in the dishwasher. I do have a house keeper that comes x2 a week. There will be drop off of my 2 year old and after school pick up of all three. I would love to have a live in Nanny as my 4 year old is special needs and defiantly requires a bit more attention to keep the peace in the house. I am looking for someone that can care for the children on the weekends so that we can spend time with our grandchildren and run errands that we can not get to on the weekends, as well as having days off we can negotiate that so that you have your time as well, bc that is much needed. I am also looking for someone to take on vacations with us so that we can have date nights and a little less chaos. If you feel like you are the right candidate for this job please reach out. This position is mostly transportation and one on one care of my special needs child.

A little bit about us

Hello there,

We are moving to WV to open a ranch and I need a personal assistant and nanny for my two boys. I need a WV local that can be my kids older sister, protector, friend, teacher, and teach them all about how to play outdoors! While they’re at school, I need a personal assistant on the ranch. We provide full benefits, a new apartment; and car. Housecleaning is a must and you will be a part of our family for a minimum of two years- hopefully five! We travel all around the world and you will be on all of our trips. We need a nanny that is smart, caring, proactive, and more importantly responsible.

A little bit about us

I'm a travel CNA and need someone who can travel with me when I take out-of-state contracts to watch my child anywhere from 36 to 48 hours a week. The work schedule varies. Room and board would be provided as well as meals. My child is homeschooled and is very easy to take care of. Can sometimes get emotional or mildly hyper but otherwise is a very well-behaved child. Very easily entertained most if the time. And of course some help woth light cooking/cleaning while I'm at work. Any more questions please feel free to contact me.

What Are Traveling Nanny Jobs?

Traveling nanny jobs are positions where you join a family on trips, from short vacations to long stays. They suit nannies who love to travel, have flexible schedules, and are comfortable caring for children away from home.

Types of Traveling Nanny Jobs and Responsibilities

Some jobs are regular, such as a family that travels every month, and others are occasional, such as a holiday or a work trip. Duties include childcare in hotels, rental homes, or on the road, with longer or less predictable hours. Check who covers travel costs, how travel days are paid, and how much notice you will get.

How to Interview for Traveling Nanny Jobs

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:

  • How often will I travel, and for how long?
  • Who pays for flights, accommodation, and meals?
  • How are travel days and long hours paid?
  • Will I need a passport or any other documents?
  • How much notice will I get for trips?

Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
