A little bit about us

Hello. I have daughter named Noemi that is a year a Half old. She is very intelligent and vibrant. She loves Rachel. I’m looking for a loving and caring person who has experience with kids to help me with my daughter. I have a dog named Troy that’s a kangal and cane Corso. He is a friendly dog. He is still a puppy. I’m looking for someone to come on the weekends to help me with my daughter and help with light housekeeping. I work Monday through Friday making it harder to find time to get things done. It’s just me by myself with the baby and the dog with no other support. I will pay 15 an hour. I’m looking for someone to come on Friday from 5pm to 10pm, sat from 12pm to 10pm and Sunday from 12pm to 10pm.

A little bit about us

Hi, I’m looking for a babysitter for my 2 kids on weekends. My older daughter is turning 2 y/o in late August. She is special needs after a birth injury. She is joyful, smart, playful, but has motor delays and sometimes behavioral issues similar to autism including hittjng herself, sometimes will bite/pinch others if she is very upset, occasionally throws hereelf back…we can train. She also has had one seizure and is on medications for epillepsy. Baby right now lives in home with parents and grandparents so someone is always home with you as well. Younger baby is almost 4 months old, no special issues.

Looking to start with weekends 7am-2 or 3 pm (or 1pm, can be flexible on end time). Ideally has experience with special needs, CPR certified.. prefer over 24 years old. We live in Westerleigh 10310. Light housekeeping, including laundry +/- food and meal prep for 2 y/o.

What Are Weekend Nanny Jobs?

Weekend nanny jobs are positions that cover Saturdays, Sundays, or both. Some families need a regular weekend nanny, and others only need help on certain weekends for work, travel, or events. Weekend jobs suit nannies who want extra income alongside another job, students, and anyone who prefers a part-time schedule.

Types of Weekend Nanny Jobs and Responsibilities

Weekend nanny jobs range from a regular weekly shift to a handful of planned weekends a year. Some are a few hours on a Saturday afternoon, and others are a full day or an overnight. Responsibilities can include meals, play and outings, nap and bedtime routines, and light tidying related to the children. Read each posting for the dates, hours, and expectations before you reply.

How to Interview for Weekend Nanny Jobs

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:

  • Which weekends and hours do you need, and is the schedule regular?
  • How much notice will you give me for one-off weekends?
  • Will I be at your home, or taking the children to activities and outings?
  • How will I be paid, and by what day?
  • What are the children's ages and routines?

Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
