My favorite nanny moment involved helping a frustrated 5-year-old girl build a tall block tower. Instead of just fixing it, we worked together, with her 7-year-old brother joining in, to figure out why it kept falling. The pure joy on her face when they finally succeeded, and the siblings' supportive high-five, was incredibly rewarding. seeing their problem-solving and shared accomplishment made me extremely happy.
