A little bit about me

I have been a nanny for three different families going on three years now. My husband and I are expecting our first little one in September so I will only be working till mid August. As a courtesy, I am letting everyone know I don’t want to waste your time if that won’t work for you. Typically what I try to do is make sure that the kids are having their needs met and working with them on the skills that they should be learning based off of their age. I have multiple references. I try to plan fun activities, such as treasure hunts, and arts and crafts. Also fun trips to the park or an outside scavenger hunt.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure that the kids are having a good time, I try to keep a fun environment! And also trying to help out the parents as much as you can while you’re there so that they are able to spend more time with their kids when they get home. Such as doing a simple load of laundry or dishes can help the parents have that extra 10 to 15 minutes with their kids.

I personally love all of my families that I have ever worked for, I still go and visit them any time I’m in town. I recently went and visited one of them for Christmas end it was an absolute joy how excited the kids were to see me again and for them to tell me that they missed me.
