The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is ensuring the wellbeing of the child!! Making sure that they are safe, and healthy at all times. And of course happy! I also think communication with the parents is super important! There are many things I find important with a job like this!
My experience with special needs children...
I have an eleven year old little brother who is high on the Autism spectrum. I’ve babysat him a lot of times over the years, and have learned a lot about what can upset him, or calm him. And what can trigger him to have meltdowns. I have learned how to communicate without speaking actual words. I am one of the only people besides my mom and dad who can calm him down!
