I had a three year old boy whom I cared for a total of about a year. When I started he hadn't vocalized any words at all yet only sounds. He was very hesistant to socalize and by the end of our time together he was speaking full sentences and loved to be around as many people as possible. It was amazing.

The reason I’m looking to nanny is I would love to do more outgoing activities and be more one on one with fewer children. It’s really hard to do all the activities with 10 kids and 2 teachers daily with the schedule of barrington! It’s really not fair for the price the parents pay for a center.
