In my opinion the most important thing about being a nanny is being able to watch the little ones you are taking care of have fun and be able to open up to me when they are becoming to feel comfortable. I also think it’s very important and rewarding to see how much I’m helping out the parents! I know it can be hard to put trust in someone else with your babies so it means so much to me that the family trust me and sees potential in my abilities to care for their child/ children in the ways that they need.
