I think what matters most to me is caring, nurturing and making sure that you are a good influence no matter what age the children are. Kids are always learning and it is important to be good role models for them in how we eat, dress, talk and interact.

One of my favorite nanny moment was with this little girl I had been nannying for about 3 years . She was obsessed with Princesses and we were living in Southern California at the time so I asked her Mom if I could take her to Disneyland. Her mom said yes and so the girl was asleep in her princess dress when her mom dropped her off and when she woke up we were at Disneyland and her eyes got so big! I had been to Disney so many times but seeing it with her eyes where she would gasp audibly when she saw one of the princesses and the joy it brought her was one of the moments I will never forget.
