A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Abigail Harlock I am located just thirty minutes outside of Des Moines where I live with my husband and our two beautiful children Hudson who is 4 years old and Estella who is 6 years old. I've been working in childcare since I graduated high school in 2013. I worked in a childcare center while attending college to obtain my associates degree in Early Childhood education. After completing my degree I taught 3 year old preschool at Unity Point child development center across from Methodist hospital downtown. I then went on to work in special education at Woodland Hills Elementary before the birth of my daughter in 2017. I've worked the last six and a half years running my own in home childcare and have had the privilege of serving many wonderful families while staying home with my two children. As my son enters kindergarten this next fall I am ready to stay in the field I love but no longer desire to do so in my home.
