With the university I have done multiple teaching experiences. I have taught in preschool and second grade with Arcadia and student taught at Vanlue in third grade. I have also done literacy tutoring with the university as well.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love arts and crafts, I love art! I can make crafts that help your child developmentally and introduce a variety of mediums like watercolor or oil pastels!
Outdoors I prefer a more calm and exploration style of play, I’ll take them to the park and let them lead how we play or take walks and do nature rubbings of leaves, rocks, and flowers. We can make bouquets or do scavenger hunts!

My experience with special needs children...
In my student teaching experiences I have met quite a few students on the spectrum! Whether it’s ADHD or autism, I can understand them. I too have family members on the spectrum and I myself am ADHD. I have made wonderful connections with students who are autistic and ADHD. I am also well equipped for anxiety disorders or panic attacks as I myself also have anxiety.
Children with physical disabilities however I have the least amount of experience with. Though I am always up for the challenge of learning to better care for them!
