A little bit about me

In the past I have provided full-time summer care and part-time support during the school year for two children aged 1 and 5 until their family relocated. I managed all aspects of childcare, from changing diapers and tidying up to ensuring they had structured nap times and engaging in enriching art projects.
I also occasionally babysat a 7, 11 and 12 year old every couple weeks for a few hours. During this time me and the children would plan fun activities such as baking cookies and art as well as playing outside and reading. I
During the summer I worked as a summer camp counselor at the YMCA for ages pre-k to 8th grade. My job included keeping the kids engaged, doing head counts, leading activities, ensuring campers safety, and coming up with quick solutions when plans were altered last minute.
I also worked as an after school teacher for pre-k and elementary school children. During this time I organize snack and activity plans with coworkers as well as leading lesson plans.
