Hi! My name is Adlei, I’m 20 years old, and I’ve always loved working with kids. I spent a year as an assistant teacher at a preschool, and I’ve also nannied and babysat for lots of families with kids of all different ages. Those experiences taught me how to be patient, flexible, and creative while making sure kids are safe, happy, and engaged. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always really important to me. I love planning fun activities, helping with routines, or just being there to support kids as they grow and learn. This spring, I’m planning to go back to school part-time online to study Early Childhood Education because I want to keep building my skills and eventually make a career out of what I love.
