Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing a mix of fun and educational activities with kids. Indoors, I like arts and crafts, coloring, reading books, building with toys, puzzles, and helping with homework. I also enjoy doing simple learning activities to keep their minds active. Outdoors, I like going to the park, playing games, taking walks, riding bikes, and just letting kids stay active and have fun. I also enjoy taking kids to places like the library or outings when allowed. I always try to keep activities age-appropriate, engaging, and safe while making sure the kids are having a great time.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny to me is making sure children feel safe, loved, and supported. I believe building trust and a positive bond is very important so kids feel comfortable and happy. I also think it’s important to help guide them, teach them good habits, and support their growth while being patient and understanding. Being dependable and creating a stable, caring environment is what matters most to me.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience supporting children with different needs and always approach each child with patience, understanding, and care. I also have a brother with cerebral palsy who has a feeding tube, so I am very familiar with providing hands-on support, being attentive to medical needs, and staying calm and responsible in different situations. This has helped me become more compassionate, observant, and confident when caring for children who may need extra support. I am always willing to learn and follow specific care instructions to make sure each child feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a child I cared for learn something new and saw how proud they were of themselves. We spent time working on it together, and when they finally got it, their excitement and smile made my whole day. Moments like that remind me why I love working with kids. I also enjoy the little everyday moments like laughing during playtime, reading together, and building a strong bond where they feel safe and happy around me.
