I have nearly five years of experience working with the Office of Children’s Services in Alaska, where I’ve had the opportunity to support children of all ages with a wide range of personalities, behaviors, and needs. This experience has taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment for every child.
The part of my job I enjoy most is building connections with children and meeting new families. I’m comfortable working in both fast-paced and slower-paced environments, and I stay calm, organized, and dependable in any situation.
I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my top priority is always ensuring each child’s safety while helping them learn, grow, and simply enjoy being a kid. I’m also very clean, highly organized, and believe that open, consistent communication with parents is essential.
