More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

This job was summer based; I was a lead room assistant with children-kids, ages 6-11, infants 5-12 months and toddlers who were all around 1-3. I supervised, cleaned, changed many diapers, helped with naps, assisted with tasks given to the children, helped prep meals and engaged in all activities for 5 days out of the week. (one of my favorite jobs:). )

I have a bit of experience with trachea, and g-tube feedings!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy chalk art and the park when it’s sunny, simple blocks and legos when it’s rainy, snow balls and snow angels when it’s snowy, and simple cooking on any occasion

I think what matters to me is the bond and help you bring into a household; Helping others and caring for kids are 2 of my favorite things alone so adding them together makes this job feel great!

The most important part about being a nanny...

One day as a field trip for my summer job we took the children swimming. I was the youngest one working so I often was the one who engaged the most with games. All the kids wanted to play Marco polo but thought I should be the one who calls out Marco, I closed my eyes and felt like the more i said polo, the further Marco got; I can’t remember If I taught them how to play but when I opened my eyes everyone was out the pool besides me!
