More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have several years of hands-on childcare experience with both family and community settings. Growing up, I helped care for my younger cousins, including watching Kyle for years and helping with Kayleigh whenever needed. I also volunteered at a church, assisting with feeding children and leading activities. I’ve provided childcare for a couple’s daughter while they worked, and at a small business job I often helped watch the owner’s child while assisting customers. For the past three years, I’ve cared for my boyfriend’s niece since infancy, and I now help care for my two nephews, as well as watching and taking care of my step sisters, who are in elementary school. These experiences have built my patience, reliability, and love for creating a safe, positive environment for kids.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy introducing children to the world of art, teaching them to let art flow how it wants, and encouraging children to use their creativity. I also enjoy encouraging children to play outside for some exercise, as it is good for everyone to get up and move around.

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me about being a nanny is giving my best care to keep everyone safe, healthy, and fed, while making sure the children have fun, and making sure that children still follow their parents' rules.
