Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started as a recreational Asses program when I was 16. Once I turned 18, I applied at my current job. I am a para working with autism/behavioral students. I was a nanny for 3 kids. Ages were 5 months, 2 years and a 3 year old autistic son. Another family I watched included 3 year old twins, a 2 year old and a 4 month old. Another family I watched was an overnight shift with a 4 month old. (Mom worked at Amazon, long shifts) My most recent nanny job was with a 2 year old and an almost 2 year old in Hughson. I am current taking off the summer to be a camp counselor and enjoy the nature more this year.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
All sports, I love being outside instead of indoors on electronics. Movies if family approves with popcorn for some bonding and laughter. Making arts and crafts. Helping in the kitchen to make meals in safe environments.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Connecting with a family who considers me apart of their family. The connection is most important to because I end up spending more time with them, then my own.
