I've done volunteer work as a summer camp leader at this non-profit organization, "Cameron House". Some of my responsibilities were to manage and overlook the safety of a group of kids. As well as creating a new plan of activities and transportation that we would do for the coming week. So we would have an organized schedule of what would we would be doing from 7:30 am-5:00 pm.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
One of the indoor activities I think is fun is called, “Theme Box”. For example, you would have a box of markers shake them up. I’d have your kid cover his eyes and grab a random marker in the box. Depending on the color they grab let’s say he grabbed a pink marker I’d think of a theme and tell him like, “draw me an animal”. And he could draw a pig. This is just for example an activity I use to boost a kid's creativity all while having fun and thinking. I also love a lot of different sports. So for outdoor activities, I could play soccer, basketball, football, or we could just go for a walk.

I believe that every child is unique with wonderful potential. For this reason, I chose a career as a nanny- to help children grow, develop, and reach those potentials
