I just recently left my job at a DYS facility for kids ages 9-18. I loved the job and helping the kids but the hours were way to much and my little guy needed me home!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor- sensory-books-screen time(only up to one full movie, that’s what I look for my son)-playing with toys-listening to music
Outdoor- hiking-swimming(I use to teach swim lessons)-parks-playing in our backyard-walks

The most important part about being a nanny...
Having fun with the kiddos but also teaching them! I love when a kid finally figures something out and they get so excited. Also to show them to be kind, and to always try to make friends!

I was watching 5 kids at one point just for a day that’s how it worked out and all of them teamed up on me and pushed me into the baby pool😂
