I have over 10 years experience in childcare having worked as a newborn specialist, nanny (both live-in and live-out), babysitter, teacher, and tutor as well as 25 years running as the favorite auntie to my 8 nieces and nephews.

My experience with special needs children...
I was the live-in nanny for a 3-month premature newborn just out of the NICU. I assisted with her care as she transitioned from oxygen support to unassisted breathing. And worked with her care team and physical therapist to support her continued development and growth.
