Hi! My name is Aivon, I am a 19 year old college student majoring in Criminal Justice studies. I am super passionate about developmental psychology and working with children. I have a flexible schedule with classes and I am looking for the opportunity to work with a family for childcare and play! More About Me

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Something I am particularly interested in is Montessori style caretaking for children! I think it is really important to incorporate play and learning with children as they grow up! As it gets cooler outdoor play gets replaced with fun crafts, I love putting on shows and making creative snacks. I love to cook and bake and would love to incorporate that into my nannying. As well as art! I personally love being creative and would love to find a family with children who would benefit from creative play.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is of course being present as a caregiver but also being intentional with a family. Every family is different and I want to take the time to find what works with your family and your children especially. As a nanny I look forward to making a plan with the parents for developmental goals. Ex. If you’re trying to incorporate new foods! I want to make it fun and less scary when kids are trying new things. As a nanny I hope to be a fun, safe, and playful teacher and caregiver.
