Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I began by caring for my aunt's three young boys, who were all NICU babies. Watching their strength during those early months and helping care for them after they came home gave me a deep appreciation for working with children and inspired me to babysit as often as possible. Over the years, I've gained experience handling a wide range of situations, including diaper blowouts, tantrums, and other challenging moments that can come up when caring for young children. I enjoy creating fun, engaging environments where kids feel safe, happy, and entertained, while also maintaining routines and following parents' schedules closely. I'm especially comfortable with nap times, meal routines, and keeping up with children's energy levels throughout the day.
