Hi! I have been working with kids for 7 years and absolutely love it. I started out as a mother’s helper, then started babysitting, and now I babysit and have worked for the YMCA in childcare for the past 2 years. I am graduating as a homeschool student in spring, and I am a straight-A student and have done dual enrollment classes for the past three years. In my free time, I enjoy playing piano and singing, crocheting, and working out. I am hoping to find a nannying job for the summer before heading off to college for nursing (labor and delivery or nursery nurse are some of my interests). I have worked at the YMCA in childcare for the past 2 years, and I care for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old. Not only do I love working with the kids there, I have also grown in my ability to care for them and handling unique situations. I also received employee of the year for 2025.

I love going outside with kids—especially playing on a playground and going for walks. I love reading books to them, coloring, playing make believe with toys, and much more. I also enjoy incorporating educational aspects in our play time.

I have a lot of favorite babysitting moments, but some of my tops are when they remember you and are excited to see you—especially when they are younger and remember your name. I also love seeing them grow, such as first words and steps or when they remember something you taught them.
